NXNE Brings Ludacris To Toronto

For those unfamiliar, NXNE (North By North East) is an annual festival that brings thousands of artists to the city of Toronto. The festival gives upcoming musicians, comedians, and filmmakers the opportunity to display their creativity on an international level. The festival also features distinguished names, including Ludacris, who headlined this year’s NXNE.

The location was Yonge-Dundas Square and it was packed with people of all ages. I mean, who can say no to a free Ludacris concert?

Though scheduled to start at 9 PM, Ludacris arrived fashionably late at 9:20. As expected, he touched on all of the hits from past decade, including ”

Number One Spot”, “Act a Fool”, “Area Codes” (with a 416 shout-out) and one of my personal favorites “Southern Hospitality”. Ludacris in Toronto

Maybe next year, Drake will be the one giving the people of Toronto what they want.
